These people are really crazy. The first stimulus is a disaster. Now Obama and the Democrat Congress are considering a second stimulus?
Obama Won’t Rule Out Additional Stimulus
Fox News’ Special Report reported that yesterday, President Obama said “there is a chance he will try to come up with a second economic stimulus package.” Obama was shown saying, “I don’t take anything off the table when unemployment is close to 10% and a lot of Americans are hurting out there.”
The economy was on the path to recovery because of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates to zero! The economy was due to recover by the end of the third quarter. Now the financial advisors I follow are very concerned that the US economy may not recover as previously thought. The stock market is also showing signs of economic problems. The stock market gains that were in place since the lows in March are steadily going away. Why is the economy not recovering? Well the regulation, increased taxation, and government meddling in the private sector is killing the recovery. The government takeover of GM is disastrous. My husband and I were both laid off. Thankfully my husband found a job. The stimulus is a sham. A second stimulus would simply kill the US economy. The debt moun ting because of Obama wasteful stimulus is going to slow the US economy in the future and will cause inflation and well as higher taxes. Keep it up Obama just in time for the mid term elections. Believe me most of the Obamabots will wake up when unemployment keeps climbing, inflation begins, and gas and food prices skyrocket. It will be a perfect storm caused by the Democrats at their own demise. The American people will vote you out of office if this utter nonsense continues. Now Obama says that he was given “incomplete information.” If this is true how come he was going around saying the economy was worse than the great depression? So the economy was worse than the Great Depression? Obama lies so much he can’t keep his own lies straight.

By now, it’s clear to everyone that we have inherited an economic crisis as deep and dire as any since the days of the Great Depression. Millions of jobs that Americans relied on just a year ago are gone; millions more of the nest eggs families worked so hard to build have vanished. People everywhere are worried about what tomorrow will bring.
Obama, in Moscow yesterday, tried to modulate the impact of the vice president’s words that the administration had somehow miscalculated. “No, no, no, no, no,” he told NBC’s Chuck Todd. “Rather than say ‘misread,’ we had incomplete information.” To ABC’s Jake Tapper, he said, “There’s nothing that we would have done differently.”
…But Lawrence H. Summers, director of the White House’s National Economic Council, said in an interview yesterday that unemployment and job loss have been even greater than expected, given the level of gross domestic product in the first two quarters of the year. In other words, the rate of economic contraction so far this year tracks with the administration’s projections, but job losses nonetheless have been higher. “We were of the judgment that a substantial stimulus was required, and we delivered the largest stimulus in history,” Summers said.
…Obama continues to argue that health-care reform is a critical piece of his plan to fix the economy, long term. [What??? Explain how health care reform has anything to do with the current economy??? Is Obama really this stupid? How does expanding Medicare which is already bankrupt to all Americans and illegal aliens is going to fix the economy? Obam must have never taken an Economics class in his entire life.]
